Workbench Legal Technologies Inc. is an Alberta corporation. Its product is AB Bail Workbench™ 10.6, created by Kyle Chisholm, a practising Alberta defence lawyer.
AB Bail Workbench™ is an Alberta-specific preparation workspace designed to help bail counsel move from charge entry to a reviewed speaking draft in one connected sequence. It standardizes mechanics, not advocacy. Counsel remains responsible for the facts, law, strategy, current sources, proposed order, and final submissions.
The practical idea is simple: keep the charges, law, plan, calendar, contacts, and speaking draft connected so counsel can spend more attention on the live issue and less on rebuilding the workspace around it. The Workbench connects the preparation sequence and exposes gaps. It does not decide the case or tell counsel what to argue.
The Workbench is in a bounded pilot and is not generally available. Nothing on this site is an offer to supply it. The Status page records the current position and the date on which it was last reviewed.
The Workbench is not a system of record, outcome predictor, independent citator, live court-schedule service, or substitute for counsel.
